~Be Love~Be Light~Be Magic~
If we can accept things as they are, we open ourselves to the immense and infinite healing vibrations of re~creation and renewal. We open ourselves to beginning a new phase of our lives starting where we are right now, and knowing that where we are right now is the perfect place to begin to start re~creating, re~designing and re~shaping our mind ~ body ~spirit. Beginning where you are right now, with what you have before right now is indeed the only place you can begin… let go of fear of the unknown or lack of faith that anything different can be done and just begin right now … Repeat these words : “I totally love and accept myself where I am right now, and I’m ready to begin re~creating and re~designing my life to what suits my purpose and needs that which reflects my heart, true self, my spirit self … and so it is “

~Spiritual Awakenings ~ Breaking Up ~ Closure~
Most of us have been through a tough break-up at some point in our lives. The feelings of despair, hopelessness, sadness and loneliness we experience are often overwhelming, and often seem endless. Usually though, with the help of friends, family, and our undeniable human spirit - we eventually get over our heartbreak. We slowly pick up the pieces, put ourselves back together, and move on, hopefully stronger and wiser in the end. Sometimes however, we can’t seem to “get over it”. We can’t seem to understand how the other person could have left us. We had so much invested in them emotionally, that we can’t even imagine life without them.
People often think closure is something we get from an external source: “If only I could talk to him/her again so I could understand…” Closure however, is about the feelings of peace and completion within ourselves. It’s not always possible to get the answers from someone else, at least not the answers that will make us feel better about the situation. Relationship closure is an important part of emotional and mental health. Without it, we are unable to fully move on, commit to, and trust, someone new.Every experience we go through is meant to teach us something, but it’s up to us to figure out what that is. We often create a fantasy world around our relationships, and when the relationship ends, the pain tends to be more about the dissolution of the dream than the actual loss of the person. When things are real, honest, and truthful between two people, there are less surprises involved, and our needs our met. It’s extremely important that we learn to clean up our own backyard before venturing into someone else’s, and being honest with ourselves first is that all-important first step.

Love Lights the Way … It is Never Lost …
Love is a force; it is the perfect emanation of good as defined by God. No love is ever lost. If you put love into the world, it is absorbed by someone, or something, that can use it. Love also has a way of coming back to you, although you may not see it. Love will always hit the mark; yet even though people can choose to ignore it, it always leaves an impression.

Don’t Lose Hope
When you have done the best you can, and with the highest intent when helping others, know that you have not failed when they fall back into their comfort zone or they refuse to change. Though you wish that they could see how their actions affect others besides themselves when this occurs, I for one always believe in a little thread of hope. It is this thread I hang on to that reassures me that all hope is not gone.In this thread is where strength, wisdom, and power reside. The individual must look deep inside this thread and truly believe that he or she will get better. We can become part of their cheer/support team, encouraging them to believe in themselves to heal, and conquer what I call “demons” in their everyday life.Remind them that they are beautiful souls and that they are part of God’s masterpiece as we all are. We are all students and teachers with gifts to share with each other and to help us on our journey. Our spiritual path is full of love, light, knowledge, wisdom, healing, and all that is beautiful and positive that nourishes you physically and heals your soul, when you open yourself up to it.I personally believe that there are no mistakes, only lessons learned. From these lessons there are accomplishments. Whatever these accomplishments may be, either big or small, they will assist us on our life’s journey and spiritual path.

In Learning to Accept and Love Myself: I Give Love and Invite Love Back Into My Life…
As you consistently cultivate a strong foundation of love, respect and admiration for yourself, it will no longer require as much thought and effort to give it to others. When you truly love, respect and admire yourself, it naturally emanates from your being and easily transforms how you speak and how you act toward other people. You will no longer feel the need to beat others down in an attempt to build yourself up. You will treat them the same way you feel within. Doing for others becomes a blessing instead of a burden. Acting from love in every circumstance becomes a natural way of living! The best part to this whole process is that what you give, you get back, and sometimes in even larger quantities. The more you love, respect and admire yourself, the more you will speak and act in a loving, supportive and kind way toward others, and the more you will be treated the same way back. Because you now have a strong foundation of self-love and self-respect, you will no longer depend on receiving it from others. You will no longer desperately seek approval or attention, and you will be much more self-sufficient and self-reliant.When you seek love from others to fill a void within yourself, even if you receive it, it never truly fulfills what you are looking for. If you fill that void from within yourself first, when others give you love, you will actually feel loved, both inside and out. The less you are attached to being loved and accepted by others, the more love and acceptance flows into your life with ease.
The truth is, if we all felt understood, loved, respected and acknowledged; there would never be any need to hurt, punish or belittle others. When we learn to become our own best friend we realize that all we are seeking from others is already present within ourselves. Peace & Blessings …JtB

Love is Key ….
Bringing love to life by way of Writing about love and verbalizing the feeling of love is extremely important. Not just as a by-product of romanticism but as testament to what is solemn in human nature. After all, love unifies people, builds relationships, defends virtue and protects all that is fragile and thus pure. This feeling of love is such a strong and concentrated energy that by default knows no boundaries or limitations. By loving we feel safe; we feel worthy and deserving; we feel part of a greater whole. There is nothing more sacred.

The only way to avoid grief is to avoid life, and live without love. Grieving is very human. It’s a process that can heal our emotional upheaval. In order to continue life in any meaningful way, we all must allow ourselves to grieve.

When we all come together and combine our light, love, and all that is positive, we become a unity. From that unity we become One. The strength that comes from this unity is powerful enough to battle evil and negativity! With the Universe working with us we can overcome darkness!

Spirituality vs. Religion ….
People can at times confuse spirituality with religion, because the two often come together. Religions are sets of practices and beliefs that have been created based on epiphanies and teachings of prophets, saints, or sages. Most religions are intended to lead you into the light of spirituality, either by focusing on an outer form of divinity, or on the spiritual presence within yourself, or both. In a nutshell, spirituality relates to your own personal experience and relationship with the divine.
Spirituality is a loaded word, often misunderstood, as its practices include meditation, contemplation and direct communication with universal consciousness. Spirituality is simply the discovery of our authentic self without any trimmings or labels, which gives us a rich source of values and a deeper meaning to life, whatever our religion. In the seeking of such meaning, religion and spirituality come together. Spirituality highlights qualities such as caring, kindness, compassion, tolerance, service and community, and, in its truest sense, so does religion. But where religion is defined by its tradition and teachings, spirituality is defined by what is real in our own experience, arising from an inner search within ourselves, the finding of our own truth.
Where religion tends to breed separation ― my religion vs. your religion, my God is the only real God, my ethics are better than yours, etc. ― spirituality sees all people as equal. We are not an “ism” or a label, we are spiritual beings whose purpose is to awaken to our true nature. Self-knowledge is one of the main keys to spirituality. First you explore who you think you are, and from there, you can move into a deeper spiritual view of who you “really” are.

Stop Comparing Yourself …
Comparison is the eternal runaround. You get to the top of the mountain, but instead of gazing at the glorious view, you look over to the next mountain peak. Comparing yourself to others crushes your creativity. Your soul knows the lessons you have to learn. You are here to do what you are here to do. If you are comparing yourself to others, you’ll have little energy left to do what is truly yours to do. Comparing yourself with others is a losing game. Don’t worry about what others think. You should never feel embarrassed to be who you are. Love yourself, and all will be well.
