Stay Calm Under Pressure … When I was 16, my dad taught me to drive. One day, I was in a busy intersection and the engine stopped. I panicked. Dad gently said: ‘Put it in neutral, push the gas once, and turn the key.’ I did, and the car started. He guided me to a lot, and in the quietest voice said, ‘By the way, never start this car with the air conditioner on - it doesn’t like it.’ We cracked up. I stayed calm because Dad stayed calm, and I’ll always remember that.
