If a person genuinely loves you, they encourage you to express yourself, they respect your boundaries, they encourage your path, they listen, they trust, they share of themselves, they welcome you in. YOU MUST DO THE SAME ~ Reciprocity!

As we continue on our spiritual path, it becomes ever so crucial for us to practice discernment. Discernment is a process of observing what is going on in our lives, and in our surroundings … then fully and intuitively feeling the energy and the impact of the circumstances surrounding us so we can discern what is right for us. This is not a matter of judgment, but a matter of standing in our own power, and using our free will and voice to choose what adds to our wholeness / our “completeness”…   Hope you are all enjoying this Sunday

Be strong enough to let go and wise enough to wait for what you deserve. Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been to stand up taller than you ever were before. Sometimes your eyes need to be washed by your tears so you can see the possibilities in front of you with a clearer vision again. Don’t settle for less than you deserve.

I’ve seen war and cruelty ~ scarcity and human suffering ~ anxiety, fear and hunger ~but I write about Love ~ about Peace ~ I write not about what is … but what could be ~ I write about our Potential … This is how we manifest the world we want - for ourselves and for others …

The peace that we are looking for is not peace that crumbles 
as soon as there is difficulty or chaos. Whether we’re seeking inner peace or global peace or a combination of the two, the way to experience it is to build on the foundation of unconditional openness to all that arises. Peace isn’t an experience free of challenges, free of rough and smooth, it’s an experience that’s expansive enough to include all that arises without feeling threatened. 

Accepting & Loving Our Shadow Side …

In honoring and getting to understand our shadow aspects as well as our light we start to understand what it is like to live out of our wholeness. Wisdom grows from living out of our wholeness by integrating aspects of ourselves we don’t always like or show the world. It’s like finding our personal truffles in the rich dark earth and discovering how they can be used to deepen our self acceptance rather than push them down or affirm them away.

It seems that what others say and do is often based entirely on their own self-reflection. Do not give your power away, do not let them upset you with their own pain - you can help them by wishing them well, but remember that people behave in such ways because they are in a place of great suffering. People often react to their own thoughts, feelings and behavior, which has nothing directly to do with you.

It doesn’t matter where life has taken you, it’s never too late to make a change. If where you are is not where you feel you should be, it’s simply because you’re becoming enlightened. You’re learning, flourishing. You now have an opportunity to move forward from this moment into a life that better suits the new you. Perhaps life leading up to this point is starting to make sense. It’s becoming clear that everything in your past has been for a reason, a growth opportunity, to make you stronger. You suddenly feel different, as if everything around you is miraculously changing. Welcome to the doors of a new you. Do not be afraid to enter.

Someone may have stolen your dream. Anger is natural . Grief is appropriate. Healing is mandatory. Restoration is possible.

When you resonate with someone or something, everything in the Universe conspires to bring you closer to that which you’re energy is aligned with. Resonance goes beyond intention. Resonance is pure energy. You are pure energy. Once you resonate with a Heart’s Desire you are aligning your energy with that person or thing or place. Then you can sit back and watch the miracles as you come closer and closer to your object of resonance and it comes closer to you. So the only thing for you to do is to keep your vibration as high as possible and align mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually with your Heart’s Integrity. Walk your talk and Be Who you are. Let go of controlling outer events or “making things happen;” for this simply does not work any longer; it is of the old life; not of the New~Soul Rising~Resonance~
